So who is Harari Falatozó
So who is Harari Falatozó
Harari Falatozó is a Hungarian cozy restaurant where people can eat gourmet burgers and have quality time with family and friends. It was established in 2019 and they are in the top 10 gourmet burger places in Budapest.
The place is famous for its interior design but mostly for the fine dining and the customer experience. The employees pay close attention to their loyal customers and they are known by name and they know their usual orderings as well.

Problem Statement
Problem Statement
Harari Falatozó needed its first website with a fresh look to ensure existing customers are kept, and new ones are converted.
Without website the users had trouble finding the menu, also there was no booking or online ordering options.
The design includes a way for customers to contact the company and an easy way to find the locations, menu also online ordering option.

What are the challenges or barriers to the website?
What’s important for a great web experience?
What are the customer needs and unmet needs, both online and off?
In the case of restaurants, which platform does the customer prefer more, mobile or desktop?
Lo-fi prototype feedback

Key focus areas
Key focus areas

Following our customer interviews, we synthesized our findings and were able to create a customer journey and persona which were presented and discussed with the client.
These exercises formed a great foundation to move into feature ideation and prioritization.

Our customer
Due to the constraints of a limited budget and tight deadlines, it proved challenging to shift the client's attention away from the next feature and towards the needs of their customers.
Although we received regular updates from customer support and analytics, we were unable to gather crucial qualitative feedback. As a result, it was challenging to assist our client in making informed decisions regarding ongoing features. This is a common issue that couldn't be resolved by merely highlighting it in meetings.
Conducting small workshops to discuss customer feature preferences could have proven to be an effective method of uncovering key unknowns and promoting directional research.
